I noticed that after eating a certain amount of popcorn, i always get bad headaches. I am trying to look into what ingredients could cause this....

I would actually recommend drinking lots of water. Popcorn (depending on which kind you buy- microwave etc.) has a lot of salt so it can actually dehydrate you.
i grind my teeth at night when i sleep, which puts a certain amount of stress on my masseter muscle... often i wake up with a headache, but generally it goes away after a few hours.
sometimes it bad and i take something for it (ibuprofin).... but i don't chew gum very often and noticed that when i have particularly chewey food (carrots) or when munching on popcorn (could be munchin on a bag for 10-20 minutes) that i can develop a headache...
so i'm wondering if you also might grind/clench your teeth and you headaches are caused by that and not by any ingredients in the popcorn itself....

I'll definitely think about both of these as possibilities!
do you ever put anything on your popcorn. Consider an allergy or sometimes certain foods will trigger a migraine.
