I am in my twenties with high blood pressure, anyone have ideas as to how I can lower it with the goal of no longer having to take medication for it.

Exercise it a big factor in lowering blood pressure.  How high are you talking about?  Do you exercise?

I find that eating properly and exercising regularly will bring it down.  My husband is 62, the doctor wanted to medicate him when he first saw high blood pressure, but he ate healthy daily and worked out and lowered it.  Best of luck to you.
