Help Me Stop Smoking

I wish I could quit smoking.  I have been smoking for over 40 years and have tried every thing to stop.  I have tried the patch, and have taken all the prescription medications to no avail.  This addiction is so horrible.  I hate it and I do truly want to stop, but it is so very difficult.  I just wonder if they will ever come out with something that really works.
