My favorite way to be in shape

I have tried all sorts of diet and exercise plans. Not only were they hard to stick to, but they didn't help very much. But about 6 months ago I got a new job. The unfortunate thing about this job was that it was 1 mile away from the parking garage. It also required walking to different places across a college campus. At first I could only be annoyed, but then I realized how much weight I was loosing. 25 pounds in the last 6 months! I am now below my goal weight. And the best part about walking is that it's not that hard to do. It's not like jogging which can be painful. I think it's the best way to loose weight and stay in shape.
