sensitive earring piercing
i have had trouble with my left ear when i wear earrings. the piercing closed up years ago and I had to have it repierced as a kid. somehow when they did it the second time, it never healed quite right.
when i wear earrings my ear bothers me after i remove the earrings.
i recently found out that buying earrings made of surgical stainless steel is better for sensitive ears. and i surprisingly found some labeled "surgical stainless steel" at a womens clothing store in the mall.

That is very interesting -- I used to be very sensitive to earrings as well, and as a kid people always told me it was because of a nickel allergy. They have nickel-free earrings, have you tried those as well? I find now that I don't have to pay attention to that anymore.. somehow I am not sensitive anymore. I wear earrings almost every day, so maybe I desensitized myself..?
