Juices for Acne
As we know that fruits and vegetables are very important for our health. Every fruit and vegetable has certain vitamin and mineral. Every vitamin and mineral is good for different parts of the body. If any person does not like any fruit and vegetable then it is recommended to take juice of that fruit or vegetable. In fact fresh fruits and vegetables are considered as good alternative of water but it does not mean that water is not necessary anymore, its has its own importance.

Following are some juices which you can apply on your face and can drink it for acne.
Lemon Juice:
If you apply lemon juice directly to your skin it will help to remove dead skin, promote skin elasticity and new cells growth, because it contains citric acid.
Apply lemon juice directly on your affected area and leave it over night. If you have sensitive skin or your skin burns, dilute it with water. After two weeks you would see amazing results.
If you feel that it burns your skin, you can dilute it with water and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes. Wash it off after with cold water.
If you drink it, it will detoxify your liver and give important vitamins and mineral to your body. It does not only beneficial for your skin but it is very good for you’re over all skin.
Carrot juice:
Carrot juice contains vitamin A and C, sodium, calcium and fibers. Vitamin A is most important vitamin for our skin; in fact vitamin A is used in many prescription medications for treating acne.
These medications have some severe side effects which carrots do not have. Other vitamins and minerals are important for acne as well.
If you take carrot juice directly, it will clean your blood and give glow to your skin. Try to make fresh juice of carrot and drink it.
Aloe Vera:
Aloe Vera is considered one of the best ingredients for skin products. Every one knows that Aloe Vera has calcium chromium, iron, zinc, sodium, folic acid, niacin, as well as Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C and E and many other minerals which makes it perfect not only for our skin but for our over all body. Very few people know that we can not only apply Aloe Vera juice to our skin but we can drink it as well. It has anti bacterial qualities which kills acne bacteria’s. It helps to remove toxins.
There are many other natural products, juices of those products you cannot only drink it but also apply it on your skin like cucumber, apply, ginger and onion. If you have any type of allergies to any specific food then avoid using it. Remember healthy eating means healthy skin.
