ear candling

I had started getting ear infections about 4 years ago, then I tried ear candling, & it worked wonderfully.Ear candles are made of cotton or linen that's wound into a cone shape, soaked in wax, and then allowed to harden. You can pick them up at almost any health food store for about $4.50 a pair. When you do this a low level of vacum draws ear wax & other debris out of the ear and into the candle,a dark, waxy substance is usually left in the stub of the candle.I have srared this with friends and they love it also.

true, it does work very well.

However, for me, I am very sensitive to pressure, so ear candling sometimes sets off migraines for me.

Either way, it's nice to feel my ears are clean.

I have always had pretty waxy ears. I tried ear candling at a holistic spa a couple of years back. I didn't really think it worked. Maybe they were doing it wrong...  Definitely didn't get that super clean feeling that I had hoped for.  :(  Anybody else tried it and how do you know it worked well?
