Lack of enough sleep has serious health consequences

Accroding to british scientists, not getting enough sleep doubles the risk of death from heart disease.  They studied a group of 10,000 people for 17 years and concluded that those sleeping five hours a night had a 170% greater risk of all-cause death and double the risk of death from heart disease.
