Federal agency cites concern over chemical in plastics including water bottles
WashingtonPost is reporting that National Toxicology Program has prepared a report that will raise concern over the health risk of BPA. The federal agency believes BPA, which is a widely used chemical in many plastic products such as water bottles and compact disks, may increase the risk of cancer and other serious illnesses. This marks a major turning point in governments position on BPA.
